Manchester City's 2017-2018 away jersey will be predominantly dark red, or claret. Claret is a color that has been used for Manchester City change kits frequently in the past, most recently for the 2002-03 Manchester City third kit, made by Le Coq Sportif. White is used for the Nike and Etihad sponsor logos on the front of the Manchester City 17-18 away kit.

Template-wise, we expect the Manchester City 2017-2018 away kit is based on the second generation of the Nike Vapor template, which features subtle changes to the lateral insets as well as to the pattern on the sleeves.

Sky blue, Manchester City's primary color, is used for said insets, on the sides and under the arms of the Manchester City 17-18 away kit, as well as for a thin line around the collar.
