Following the initial details on the Liverpool 17-18 home kit that surfaced earlier this week, we have the first pieces of info on the away kit. Once again produced by New Balance and featuring Standard Chartered as sponsor, the Liverpool 2017-18 away shirt is expected to be released in May or June.

Whereas some fans hoped for a design inspired by the very first Liverpool jersey, which was white and blue, the Liverpool 17-18 away shirt will be white with red, we can reveal. Besides this, it will feature subtle red detailing on the body, possibly similar to the 2010-11 away by Adidas (pictured below).

In line with the club's 125th anniversary celebrations this summer, the Liverpool 2017-18 away kit is expected to feature a traditional, classic look. It will also include the special anniversary crest that will be unveiled together with the home kit in April.
